The guy on the far bank is distracting. Your border didn't come out even.

Minimal yes, but doesn't have the simple elegance I associate with minimalism.

Careful with the frame, it's uneven and distracting. Nice crisp picture. Would look awsome with no trees... Just open water. Because they're in the original exposure, the composition is okay.

This is a peaceful place and I like the picture. It meets the challenge well, but the border or crop is just throwing it off for me. 5

Interesting take on the challenge. I kind of like it. A bit refreshing. I really like the composition and how you can see through the other windows, nice framing within framing. I'm wondering if the board hanging out the window was already there or did you place it? :-) Either way, a nice touch IMO. One thing that distracts slightly is the slant, I'm thinking maybe the shot would be a little stronger if the window were straight? I'm undecided about the green "tone" in the pic. I don't think it hurts the shot really, but I am unsure if it really helps it a lot.

Ta bad that that house is behind it, I know it's to much to clone that out :)
Realy like the colors of the tree. Great that you captured it.

Great tree and sky. Colors are phenomenal. If only there wasn't a house back there to make it feel so snapshot-ish. If it was just the tree and sky, I'd say a solid 8. With the house and background though, it's more of a 6. I think you can study more angles and ideas by crawling into that tree and getting funky. Lots of potential here.

It's a shame it's not an evergreen, it's tall enough to serve for Christmas. Amazing amount of fall on one tree. Thats going to leave such a pile of leaves, I can just imagine playing hide and seek in them.
