Your reptile friend is the focus of this image, which sort of makes it DNMC, since the challenge description says: "Capture a well-composed image that has plant life as its central theme." Regardless, photographically, I think this would have been a much stronger image with a far tighter crop on the iguana--would have made the nice shallow DOF even more effective.

optical illusion challenge! saw the throat first...thought....what kinda plant is that...looked up to the eye...he started to look more like a lizard (or whatever he is)....saw the surrounding plants......began to focus....now ALL I can see is his glare!!!!! now THAT was entertaining! and kinda spooky!

Has a certain sadness to it, the way the leaf is drooping, wonderful find, and with the rain or snow in the b.ground this is gorgeous, bumping to a 9.
