I'm not sure of what I am looking at here. It appears there is someone behind a screen or glass but the speckles don't resemble bubbles to me.

Your photo shows a very nice capture of a boy in his native environment :-). The colors are very vivid, but the blue of the ATV overpowers the subject, and keeps drawing your eye back to the ATV. The composition is nice, but maybe it could have been better zoomed in on the boy or cut into more of a vertical for more interest. The focus is very nice, perhaps just a little more sharpening on his face. The sky is beautiful without being distracting. Fits the challenge well. Nice work and keep shooting!!
