with this sort of sky and urban landscape i think b&w would have been more powerful. the focus is a bit soft, but you are one of the few that show people actually waiting vs. a lot of random ideas.

maybe i'm mistaken, but it looks like there is some extra broken glass in the shot that didn't come from the bulb - kind of confuses me as to how it got there (of course, you put it there -but you know what i mean). perhaps deeper depth-of-focus would be good here, as the only thing that really seems to be in focus is the left foreground piece of the bulb.
