I love the deep, rich blue but the centred composition doesn't do it for me I'm afraid. Shame about the reflections in the window, a polariser might have fixed those.

The content within the window is very, very good. Everything surrounding it is drab and low contrast. You might try three things: 1-Make a Levels adjustment throwing away the few pixels at top end but use masking to bring them back again in the image (that would be in the window) 2-Use Selective color to adjust both green and blue to make those colors stand out more. 3-Use 'Selective color' to select the green ivy and add a 50% greyscale overaly layer, and paint in lighten mode at about 20-30% to bring out more green in the ivy. You might like the result.
