Well, it's brave and original, and a wonderfully welcome break from all the staged, sickly-sweet, "tender" mother images. Plus it's a fine image technically; it follows just enough "rules" to be photographically credible, but it breaks enough to remain delightfully unorthodox. Original thinking and confidently adventurous photographic technique: there's a rare combination! 10.

I've seen this technique many times before, only, it's usually with the tops of people's heads, rather than the tops of buildings. This shot doesn't work very well, especially in regard to the ("city-life") theme.

I must admit, I did not know what a grigri was, and without knowing this image did not help me visualizze the username. Thank you for explaining in your comments box.

Technically:
Focus is nice and sharp. I like your choice of using black and white but it may be a tad too dark. Composition is strong. Overall a good shot.
