(1) COMPOSITION (CONTENT) ΓΆ€“ Very good composition. I like the way the trees frame the scene. The curve of the road is nice, adding to effect of drawing me into the photo and heading for the sunset.
(2) BACKGROUND ΓΆ€“ Very good. While you may have taken the shots, I would like to see a slightly darker sky for comparison. It might bring out the feeling of loneliness a little more.
(3) CAMERA WORK ,TECHNICAL ΓΆ€“ Very good. I see no recommended changes. Good choice on the portrait format.
(4) DIGITAL PROCESSING ,TECHNICAL - Very good. I see no recommended changes.
(5) MY OPINION ON THE PHOTO ΓΆ€“ Quite good. As I said above though, my first reaction to it is that the sky is a tad too light for the mood you want to convey. Still, a very good photo.

I think the shot would have been a little bit better without the shadow (wouldn't it be nice to be able to sit around for days waiting for the perfect moment to take a photo). Other than that, your photo has nice focus, and a nice composition. I particularly like the rocks in the foreground. The tree disappearing out the top of the photo is a bit of a distraction, but nothing major. Well done

This is nice, the far cliff gives a good feel for the power of nature! The shadows across the lower half seem to diminish that portion of the photo and I am not all the certain the boulders in the foreground add much, I think I would have shot over them. Rats, cloudy day, oh well! 7 Swash

I do not like the shadow covering most of the image and I think that you should have shot this beautiful scene at a different time of day when it was better lit by sunlight.

Reall sharp focus in this shot, very crisp image, looks great. The only thing about it I don't care for is the shadows... it'd have probably been better if you took the shot early before the sun was so low.

Hmm looks like an optical illusion with the trees on the left tilted, but the trees on the right are straight!
