I like how the moving hand add dynamism to the stoic eyes of this man. A very good expressive photograph. In contrast to another commenter, I don't like the wall and would loved if it was blurred. The hat and the clothes give me the information I need to know about the environment of this person, so I don't need to wall, which I find redundant.
What I don't like is the desaturated colours: I wish there were more colour or none at all.
Anyhow, a very good photo.

Very pretty young lady and well lit, well posed, and cropped. I'd suggest softening (without pasticizing) her skin just a bit. Still, giving it fairly high marks.
