although the background does give a feeling of place, I find it distracting and think the composition could have been stronger with that in mind. the main focal point is well focused and exposed. nice textures and side-lighting is effective in that regard

It's funny that people judge a picture by it's tittle. Isn't that kinda like judging a book by it's tittle "cover"? And for those who would reply with "A tittle can get someone to read a book that might have passed it up", true but after a few pages it's still a dissapointment. Where as a bad tittle never hurt a best seller.
