Lightningby behindthescenesComment by rasdub: Pretty cool shot...would be slightly better if the clouds were a little lighter, but nice work none the less. |

Fire... on the Rocksby behindthescenesComment by notonline: My first impression was "wow". What an interesting shot. Perhaps just a little to much lame but a unique shot to say the least. Aside from the yellow/goldish colors it really lacks color which I don't usually mind but it is a little to much. Perhaps a bit brighter would have changed my view. A very crisp image and all in all a fantastic shot. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <9> |

Catch of the Dayby behindthescenesComment by behindthescenes: I myself liked the blurred effect on the beak because I thought it showed the movement of the bird while catching the fish. At the same time I liked the sharp eye that lets you see the bird and connect with it. Thank you for your comments! |

Catch of the Dayby behindthescenesComment by troberge: congratulations on catching the exact moment the bird got its fish dinner! The look in the birds eye shows its determination and really stands out to me. The bill is a little blurry. |

cassieby behindthescenesComment by Nuno: This is a good example of the softness/out of focus look that I found in most images of yours. Look at the sholder and hands. Even in the face... Just too soft or out of focus. Unfortunatly you didn't put up to the trouble of giving the tecnical data of the photo (apperture, shutter speed, iso, light, etc.) so I can't be more specific. Otherwise a great portrait.
EDIT: also the noise: there's a lot of it.... Message edited by author 2005-07-24 14:21:42. |
