My Goodness My Guinnessby AleciaComment by BigSmiles: While this is a nice picture, you dont really see any of the liquid. (oh ok, a small portion at the bottom) Since this is a liquids challenge the emphasis of the image should be placed on the liquid, not the label on the glass holding the liquid. |

Abstract Bedframeby AleciaComment by scab-lab: Youre going to have to share some of your cool lighting tips with me :) Cool abstract take on the challenge. |

My Goodness My Guinnessby AleciaComment by qachyk: Nice shadow. Looks like your Guiness glass has actual guiness in it too from the tone and the foam, though that's harder to tell in B&W since you can't see the chewy brown colour. I like the tilt. Top right there's some light reflection that's a little distracting, and not sure what that background is but I think a more solid colour would have suited slightly better. |

My Goodness My Guinnessby AleciaComment by Koriyama: Nicely done - I like the completeness of the text on the head, good camera angle chosen. Just one point, though. I'm aware that (properly draughted) Guiness is legendary for its stillness due to its thick consistency. The glass has been titled, to allow the text to reflect onto the head, but there's no other sign of that. Just a point that niggles me. |

Popby AleciaComment by qachyk: One whole balloon earlier, one already dead one now -- makes me REALLY want to see the stage in between in a motion capture. I like the shot anyhow; the falling motion is obvious as if the pop was recent, which helps with the challenge topic being met. Maybe too bright on the lighting on top -- it probably helped make a nice crisp shadow, so only 'maybe', but it's a little distracting. |

Abstract Bedframeby AleciaComment by K-Rob: How did you manage to get those colors on the wall? This looks like something out of Scab-Lab\'s mind. Great work. |

Popby AleciaComment by casualguy: Kind of neat exposure and idea. Nice contrast and color (love the shadows). Super job! |

Abstract Bedframeby AleciaComment by eloise: I somehow think this will finish in the top ten; it's just 'the right kind of shot' to do so. :-> And I don't disagree that it's nice; 8. Better/clearer focus (anywhere!) might have bumped it up for me. |
