Joey - this is just outstanding work. I have to say, it is great and it suits his gruff persona as a fighter with the harshness of the black and white. Excellent contrast, composition and is that an ice overlay? ;~D

Not sure you needed the reflector. Looks really bright as is. Did you try any shots without the reflector? I wanna see.
