An image that demonstates the subject matter of the challenge in spectacular fashion with excellant DOF and color control. Both a technical and artistic success that more than adequately meets the challenge subject in particular with the color shades. A very worthy contender for top ten honors and a possible ribbon contender.

Very nice shot, though I'm not sure I like the frame/border. I'd normally prefer a blurrier background, too, but the way it goes from sharp to semi-sharp to semi-blurry to blurry works excellently in this case. 7

I think you took a great chance on the duotone colors, and I really like the result. I would of tanked a photo like this, but you seen it well, and it should pay off well for you because the chance you took allows your photo to stand out amongst the crowd. I love the colors, and the feel, great job.
