Lovely angles. The contrast of the horizontal water ripple lines against the vertical lines of the birds wings are very striking...especially, with the slight ripple/choppy texture in the lower right hand corner. Works very well.

I'm not trying to be mean here, but I'm going to give some constructive criticism. The image quality here is not very great. It looks like it was cropped from a much larger photo and then oversharpened. Also, I'm not too keen on the angle of the bird. My eyes keep going right to the breast/leg area. I vowed to myself that if I'm giving a lower score, I'm going to give an explanation why- like I said, I'm not trying to be mean. (In fact, I wish people would give me some constructive criticism instead of just giving me low or meh scores without saying why.) I hope my comments help you!
