To me it seems a dark and contrast possibly a bit low. The reddish object on the right side of the frame, competes for attention. I do like the sense of scale that the fingers give to the flower. 5

challenge -- met. the fingers add a nice sense of scale to the shot. that flower really is tiny!
technical -- the focus seems to be on the fingers, rather than the flower. that's a hard one to get right in macro photography with the shallow DOF ...
composition -- i'm slightly distracted by the thing to the right of the fingers. what is it? it doesn't look like it belongs in the shot.

The flower is not in sharp focus and I would have liked to have seen the flower on a tabletop or background other than being held. That's probably why the flower isn't sharp. It sure is a little one!
