I like snapshots, but this is a bit too "snappy" for my liking. If you had moved over just a little bit, we wouldn't have half of the pic taken up with the table and backrest of your booth, instead of your subject.
The black and white works well for this shot.

I LOVE this one. The Black and White really adds to the feel of this one... I love the booth cutting through the picture, it effectivley removes distraction and provides great contrast to the black of the windows.
The extra chair is a little unsettling, blocking off the women on the left. I wonder if the picture would be better off without it, but at the same time, it does add something too.
If this was an advanced editing challenge I would expect that you'd get rid of the horizontal lines in the near booth (what is that, anyway) and the spot of light (flash?) in the window.
Overall GREAT JOB!

the tables in the foreground add nothing to the shot. Looks like a more intimate shot of just their table and hands and faces would have conveyed their tete-a-tete better

Focus on the women needs to be sharper. The big white form in the foreground detracts from the shot. Good use of b&w.
