High Airby Gordon_1Comment by carofo: A great catch and quite sharp. Too bad about the busy background. A lower point of view would have place the jumper against the blue sky, which would have had more impact IMO. |

High Airby Gordon_1Comment by smudgeSMJ: I wish the dof were different, the trees are just sharp enough to be really distracting to me. |

Art Viewing Sydney Harbourby Gordon_1Comment by kaiser_chief: So, Art's Visiting Australia. The shot is very cluttered. I am trying to remember this exact spot, cause the photo would have been better IMO if it was taken from further to the left with a more standard crop, such that the ferry and the bridge were not competing for the same space (just can't remember how much room is there though) The positioning of the woody is a little awkward, I didn't know that Art could bend his body like that. Having him sit on the ledge, and being more in focus, would have been better.
Shame about the weather, Sydney obviously was not producing those Blue sky days, as the grey/White sky means there is little impact in the photo. |

Art Viewing Sydney Harbourby Gordon_1Comment by snaffles: and hamming it up for the camera. Good idea but he looks oof, and I'd like to see his feet in the shot. Actually I think if you cropped out the entire left third - from the mooring bumper over - you'd have a much stronger shot. |
