Additionally, it is highly interesting/eclectic meaning it keeps me here long enough to offer a longer comment and a vote of 8 or more.

This is one of my 9s - I like it very much. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:

1. Uber-grainy - I'm a fan of that.
2. Eclectic composition - the juxtaposition of person and structure.
3. The low light levels - like we are squinting.
4. How you've conveyed the brat size of the structure.
5. The precision of the face - you must have worked hard to pull that out.
6. The backdrop of the clouds.

Overall, very very effective.

Low fidelity photographs are either awful or fabulous. Yours is fabulous. It looks so alien, or surreal (one of those, possibly both) and yet it's no doubt something pretty ordinary in reality. But reality usually sucks and your transformative influence makes it instead into something uncommon and fascinating. 8 & thank you.

There are some really amazing pictures in this challenge and this is one of them. The centered massive structure in front of the centered small figure is brilliant. Tones and grain seem perfect. 10
