Yes it is. I like the sentiment and the interpretation for this challenge. The dark mood brings to mind the risks of not having this particular friend around. If there are objections to be made, I'd point to the reflectiveness of the condom wrapper and the nails. My instincts also tell me the writing on the t-shirt also distracts a bit. Viewed as a thumbnail, the image was very effective for me because the small size and low res reduced the two above factors, and both the head and the wrapped condom appeared disembodied. Overall, though, a top ten, even five, for me in this challenge.
