Pass the cement, please.by cwalmyeComment by RonBeam: Fortunately the title is the only thing wrong with this photograph and that can be easily fixed. This is an outstanding slice of construction work frozen in time. The results of this man's labor is implied by the finished building in the BG. The casual backward hat and extreme body posture, as well as the careworn face all add up to a scene any professional photographer would love to display in an exhibition. My Blue pick for the week and will add to my favorites. Congratulations. |

Pass the cement, please.by cwalmyeComment by Minstrel: i love it. the leaning man is emphasized (for lack of the right word) by the opposing slant of the windows in background. Well balanced shot. I can feel the gravity and height. |

Pass the cement, please.by cwalmyeComment by ecdillon: Wonderful action oriented shot. I love that we seemed to be perched high up with him. The look on his face is intent and wonderful, you captured the perfect moment. Man and machine. The black and white was a great choice. |

Pass the cement, please.by cwalmyeComment by ckempf: ANother great B&W shot. This reminds me a little of those classic images on the men working on the Empire State Building. You really captured this guy's hard work. |
