Them pears have sure seen better days. IMHO fruit and food when photographed need to look fresh and edible. They seem a little bit crammed into the frame also. Lighting is not too bad though.

A pleasing pair - I like the limited colour palette, and the old chopping board adds just the right amount of interest without becoming dominant. My only slight disagreement with your composition is in the way the board leans to the right as it recedes - for some reason it slightly bothers me.

All the entries celebrate our appreciation of cats. This is the only entry that shows their interaction with a person. It beautifully, touchingly actually shows our appreciation, and maybe even a cat's appreciation of us. Can't really know what the cat is feeling, but as the woman has her connection, and quite likely love, the whole is so much greater than the sum of the parts. The tenderness is captivating.

Good peaceful scene. Practice a bit more on focus. If unable to see good focus during shoot due to camera or other hurdles, then take 25 - 50 different shots with different settings and angles and check them afterwards. Keep shooting until you get the best you can with your camera.
