There are a handful of very interesting pictures in this challenge, for me this is one of them. Perhaps once the water is all dried up it will be an even better subject. What a beautiful old tree.

A good attempt, but a couple of thoughts: It's not straight. You need to rotate it a small bit to the left. Also, you have dust on your black background. It distracts from the photo and yet is easily fixed in post. Also, it's not really low key. It's just a nicely exposed photo on a black background. Some more dramatic side lighting were parts of the subject falls into shadow would produce a more low key image.

The subject is really rather bright, some brightness in a generally low key image can work well, but here the entire subject is exposed normally. More to the point, and the reason I have voted this one just a 4, the items appear to be floating in mid air. The black background is totally black, no texture, and no sense of the wine bottle et al sitting on a surface.
