I like this, but I think I would crop out just a bit more off the left--the tree kind of takes away from the model. (I know, this is the Framing challenge and not the Portrait challenge, lol.)

Nice composition, right on the rule of thirds and suits well. Lighting is bright in spots but still not too bad. Lovely expression and nice framing.

Nice shot, nice model. Unfortunately, I have to guess what the picture looks like as a whole, since it won't all fit on my monitor. This doesn't lower the score, but it is irritating.
I know the maximum size is 640 pixels, but in a vertical shot that means it is too big for many monitors. That's always a tradeoff in vertical shots - a good size versus the inability to take in the whole shot at once.
