Blue being the keyword, I like the addition of water to the 'blueness'. Maybe some additional cropping, but then a again, maybe not. Good work.

The color are great because the droplets are magnifying the metalic pait an the side of the car.

Thought the exposure was too out of balance. If there was a color balance adjustment done, thought that the greenish tint on the water was the wrong choice. There is also a lot of strange colors around the sun trail.
