Really, really nice. VERY good use of DOF to get that whole bloom in focus (more or less) along with the bee, and gotta love the way his wings pick up the pink from the right. Lovely shot.

I might suggest waiting for a different time of day to shoot this, when the lighting isn't so harsh and won't create abrupt shadows. Also, I wonder how this might look if you brought the camera even lower, so you were level with the bird, and didn't crop the tail so tight.... however for all I know the background was too cluttered for lowering the camera angle to work. Just a thought.
