I see that this shot is only about 40K (of 150K allowed)... I would have scored this a bit higher if the .jpg artifacts weren't evident. You might want to learn more about using .jpg compression to your advantage, and submit as close to the 150K as possible. This would have been very close to a 10 from me if it wasn't as blotchy as it is.

wow whatever effect you use here just isnt good. glowing things are not suited to sports photos at all, in my opinion. it's really cheesy to me. 5 without the glow, 3 with it. Sorry.
