I think this would be a bit better had the entire background been the dark cloth being held by the left arm. I think that the closet doors do nothing for this shot. The bright light from the left also is a bit too bright in my opinion. It almost washes out the decoration (painting?) on the nipple. The curvature against the black cloth is good, I like that, and the angle and framing/cropping is also good. Good luck in the challenge.

i think the funnest part must have been doing the painting :) interesting composition. i dont like the blinds upper right. and the breast is a bit too b right on the left. tone that down a bit and you could have a great shot. i love the skin texture.
