Rad shot. More than the fear of having teeth pulled is the idea of physician heal thyself, for me. I wish the teeth and flesh tones were a little lighter -- hard to accomplish with the white shirt/robe though. The other thing I find highly distracting, but I'm not letting influence my vote, is the wart on the knuckle. I think it pulls the focus away from main subject of the shot.

This is definitely my favorite image of the week. Amazing shot. The sharp colors, the incredible textures ... and the perfect depiction of 'fear'. If I could give this shot higher than a 10, I would.
