Tight Scheduleby arngrimurComment by ubique: This is my clear favourite, and my only 10. The pure graphic quality of it is stunning. I like the fact that the subject is descending (escalator? No, probably stairs?). The composition, the exposure and the processing are all perfect. But the absolute winner for me, the real knockout blow, is the totally stationary hand! That's brilliant, and for me it makes the entire image revolve about that point, as if the hand is anchored in another dimension. Bravo! |

Tight Scheduleby arngrimurComment by skief: Great simple composition as well as movement implied through the motion blur. Unfortunately with the man's silhouette being stronger at the first, it makes him seem as if he is going backwards, if you could do this with the stronger image to the front so as to confirm the movement forward, this would jump up to the top of the pack. 6 |

Tight Scheduleby arngrimurComment by rwouthuis: I really like the composition of this. I think the photo could have been a little stronger if the darkest, most solid part of the movement was on the left instead of higher up the stairs on the right. This almost has the feel that the person is walking backwards up the stairs. |
