Good night scene photo. Nothing is badly over exposed which is hard to achieve with incandescent lights in a night scene. And capturing the sky so well at the same time is just showing off! There's an grainyness to things, though, which looks like noise from the camera? What ISO was this taken at? A lower ISO setting would have helped eliminate it.

A beautiful night shot! Don't know what to suggest, maybe looking more down at the city? I really like the buildings on the left side, brightly colored! The middle of the shot seems almost too bare in comparison. I had better stop writing and offer you your 9 score, before I start heading downhill. Swash
