This is a tricky image to evaluate. you might be wondering why you're not scoring well. It will be pricipally because it is difficult for the eye to find out which element to go to. I just tried a crop from top-right to the bottom left corner being the yellow shop and the start of the red line and it's quite powerful ... although grainy etc from being the 640x image. Try it, quite stunning.

This could be an interesting shot but without people it is just kind of dull for me. The blur of headlights helps but in the end it isn't quiote enough to engage me.
