A bit overexposed. My guess is the meter took a reading for the dark water. I would suggest, when taking a shot that can easily fool the meter (lights of contrast between lights and darks) using a -EV setting to trick the meter into exposing for some of those brighter areas. This will create greater detail in your lights and darks.

The ragged edges of the creek mask the idea of vanishing point. They could just be coming closer together. It looks like a wonderful place to cool your feet, though!
