Sandy! Congratulations! I'm so happy for you for this wonderful entry - really, really spectacular. You are such a star at capturing this type of tender moment with animals. I would've never been able to choose which of the two shots to enter, but I'm sure the other one had just as good a chance to win a ribbon as this one. I like them both equally as much, for different reasons. This one breaks my heart it's so sweet. Yay for you - again!!

You absolutely chose the right one. The outtake is a very nice shot of monkeys. The entry is a dead-on-subject, very emotive, very nice picture of a special moment between two monkeys.

Beautifu and so emotional! I've always loved how those little monkeys look like really old men :D I thought I commented on this one though... But congrats on the ribbon and thank you so much for your comment! It was my first submission, so I didn't really know what to expect. Am happy though!
