This is a good take on the challenge and I like the way it's using the rule of thirds to draw your attention to that upper right corner to your little buddy there. Good focus overall, lighting is also well done and the overall composition is also well done. My one thing I personally notice is the jump out at me factor, just a bit dull in color but in a way that works with this because it's old wood and you certainly don't expect old wood to jump out at you, unless of course it's camouflaging a bug! LOL! An 8
