IMO this fits the description given for the challenge, but seems more like a candid shot then a street photo, I think having another element from the environment may have helped. Just my thoughts 5

Oh geez, where's he going to land? Water I'm guessing. Good shot, the sky has some noise in it, but the shutter speed rules a shot like this!!The guy seems a bit dark, but overall pretty good!
