This is beautiful and will come close to winning this challenge. Some will find the exaggerated saturation and what appears to be huge amounts of NI overpowering, but to be honest I quite like the effect. My main qualm with this image is that it's a little hard to consider what appears to be an island with trees growing on it to be a rock.

This is an absolutely beautiful shot... unfortunately, I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to by "rock", unless you mean the edge of land (island?), and I don't really consider that applicable.
