I rather like your unconventional framing - It gives the viewer the chance to explore the image, although that said it may not work well for speed voters. The toning works well here. For this challenge, I do wish that the leaves had a little more prominence and that it didn't appear as though a sapling was growing out of your model's hand, nonetheless, a lovely image.

nice exposure and light on the girl, she stands out well from the background. The dark area in the lower left is distracting and I would crop some of the right side out but as is puts her on a third.
