I'm sorry, I usually try not to comment on a photographer's processing choices as this is obviously the way you wanted it to look. Who am I to tell you that it's wrong. But darn it, this is a really beautiful image and I think the 'too-smooth' effect detracts from the photo. A little grain would make this good image great by adding that extra touch of realisim.

One of my favorites and top picks. I thought to do the bubble thing but I could not think where to find a child model. I love the expression on the face. I am sure some may find discrepancies. But I say"Good job!"

Yep, that's touch. Little, wet bubbles and a childs fascination with them. Nice capture of the moment. Great focus on the eyes, facial features and some of the bubbles. Hand appears a little soft (maybe was moving?), but overall, it really works. Congratulations and good luck with the image.
