Nice blur of the water. However the picture just seems flat to me. Perhaps beign shot at a different time of day or different lighting situation would have helped.

I would have liked to see this in b/w. The colors are very unsaturated here and it takes away from the scene...I believe the tonal values in a b/w version would have done better for this image.
