Really nice shot - I think the lighthouse needs to move just a bit to the right and down a tad. Not much but it could make the impact stronger. 6

Wow, great pic, the horizon has hit the thirds line but it looks as if the lighthouse is too far to the left nearer the quarter?

7 - Nice colors. Criticism; not much, maybe a little more clarity, even just in the sea. Technically, while no 'expert', seems you are pretty spot on with at least two rules. Not sure on the frame, nice at the top, but the bottom detracts a little in my opinion against the blue.
