The beauty of Weston's work is that he photographs the most mundane objects and makes them sing through his visions and use of BW. This might be one of them with a few tweaks to the image. I think a landscape crop instead of a portrait crop would have been better and a wider frame stroke would captivate this image even further. But I do like your boldness of selecting this photographer. It's tough to tribute something to him and I think you;ve done a great job but it could be pushed a bit further. Great work. 6

I LOVE IT! Very contemporary, clean and sharp, and a great use of gray tones. I'm not familiar with Edward Weston, but I think I will just go check out his work. If its similar to this, I think I would really enjoy it! 10
