I really like the grain and the B/W - good DOF.

The light is a little harsh leaving the front of the onion (it is an onion right?) lost in the shadow. A little more light in front for definition would have appealed to me.

This doesn't say wacky too me as much as some of the other pictures. The grain of the picture is distracting to the overall composition, in my opinion.

This is an elegantly simple photo. Well composed. Desaturation worked well. It's a little grainy but I can stand it. Among my favorites this challenge.

Good idea, with potential, but you need to take the time to reshoot this one... Be careful to compensate for the highlight, then you can dodge out the shadows if you need to, once the highlights are blown out, there is little that you can do. Also, check your film speed, as this came out awfully grainy... Might want to try shooting this at asa 100 and uping the shutter speed...

I like this in b&w. Maybe the onion in a little sharper focus. Great title! Fits the challenge.
