You've certainly met the challenge, but I personally don't care for the grainy look nor the slant of this photo (I got blasted on one of my entries for the slant, too). The 7 ball could also be in a little sharper focus. I am trying to offer comments that I would like to see on my entry so I can improve, so I hope you find it helpful. :)

The exposure on this seems overly dark to me, with little contrast.. Also, the building seems to me be leaning or sinking. Lastly, I would have probably cropped it a little closer, especially on the right side.
