Photographicaly, it's a cute, well-framed subject but it is quite fuzzy and the seal isn't really engaging the viewer. Kind of dull.

C'mon, put a little thought into your entries. You take good pictures, you just need to go that extra step. What could this seal be advertizing? It could be the Zoo, a Nature show, a Travel agent or even Tupperware. All "ummm" says to me is that you couldn't be bothered to pick one. It''s not cheating to ask your friends or family for help on this, either. Keep working on it, I see a lot of potential in this.
