Bassinet of bearsby -crtComment by sgspray: One of the most faithful to the actual theme - Waldo's unique face in a crowd of faces. Most of the other entries hid just one small person somewhere in a landscape. |

Binky Bokehby -crtComment by kearock: The baby is almost too out of focus for my taste. I like the concept and I though I was really going to like the image after seeing the thumbnail, but in full size and detail the baby is a little too amorphous. |

Binky Bokehby -crtComment by ahaze: The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light." There might be a case to be made for bokeh on the highlit side of the baby, but it's marginal. Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? I don't believe there is a relationship between the bokeh as defined and the foreground. To me this is just a shallow DOF shot. |
