Big Blue Blanketby -crtComment by beckettboots: I like the idea of an off centered composition with the kid on a blanket. I'm not sure about the gingham though, it seems to demand too much attention. Did you try having the baby in the frame a bit more, or less background? |

Big Blue Blanketby -crtComment by KaDi: Sweet idea ofr a baby portrait. The pattern of stitching on the blanket provides an unintentional framing--I think you could have placed the child farther on to the blanket and cropped off the border of the quilt to the right and bottom--that one shadowy seam on the left also pulls attention away. |
