Hi, this looked a little flat to me, so I copied it into photoshop and used Focus Magic to reduce the out of focus blur by 50% at 2 pixels. You can try this for free by downloading Focus Magic. Not only was the image nicely sharpened, but it also developed some depth.
Nice idea for yellow, especially this late in the fall. An 8.

Interesting details in the subject, though looks just a tiny bit out of focus. Maybe a little more depth of field could keep all the flower in sharp focus.

For me not enough organization to the image. I really don't see the flower and the lighting on the ice is rather ho-hum. Perhaps back lighting may have done something more magical?
