I like the detail on the pitcher. You might try this on a non-reflective non-patterned surface (black velvet comes to mind). For me, the stark shadow coming off to the right makes too strong a contrast with the tile, and the tile edges (especially the intersection at the far right) come into play, competing for your attention.
