I'm Ready !by megryanComment by bucket: Interesting idea, and well done. I don't think it will work to your favour in this challenge, as it detracts focus from your dog. This is my second time looking at thisshot, and the first where I actually even looking at him/her. Yet focus and details are sharp. |

I'm Ready !by megryanComment by GinaRothfels: My feeling is that the use of selective desaturation here makes this more a photo of the toy than the dog. The dog seems to fade into the background a bit. I'd be interested to see what it looked like in colour. |

I'm Ready !by megryanComment by dahkota: I don't think this image is improved with selective desat. It makes the toy the focus of the image rather than the dog. Other than that, excellent POV and DOF. |
