I particularly like this flower shot because of the way some of the background has been included. Whilst it's still not overly obvious that it's taken from a vantage point above, it does make it a little clearer as well sa adding a really interesting pattern and use of DOF.
I don't like the colour balance - seems overly orange throughout the image to me.

Gorgeous rose, but it difficult to tell if the vantage point is from above of from a side due to the lack of reference point.
